  1. Implement my personal marketing plan together with the entire Intero Real Estate Services Team,  using every effort to get your property sold in the least amount of time, at the highest price, with your satisfaction.
  2. Pull SMC Public Records and maps and verify your property information with you.
  3. Make a comparative study of your property and list its features for review with you to finalize the market list price.
  4. Consult with you on repairs, improvements, or staging needed to maximize your return your property sale.
  5. Assist you, if needed, in scheduling and meeting Home, Termite, or other Pre-Sale Inspectors.
  6. Prepare Net Sheet that Itemizes and estimates all cost involved in the selling of your property.
  7. Provide and Review with you the mandated and recommended disclosure forms.
  8. Provide and Review with you the forms to List your property with REInfoLink Multiple Listing Service
  9. Use my photography team take still and virtual photos of the property inside and out for the various advertising media, including the Internet.
  10. Get duplicate keys made and place Realtor Lock Box at the property.
